Heart Rate Control (HRC)
The Heart Rate Control feature (HRC) allows you to exercise at a predetermined heart rate level. Once you select the desired heart rate level, the running belt and/or elevation will automatically adjust to decrease or increase the exercise intensity to keep you at the desired heart rate effort.
Electronic Stride Control (ESC)
Unique to Bodyguard fitness, this system ensures that the selected speed remains the same regardless of the user’s weight or the incline of the treadmill.
